Kale Chips
     
 

2 bunches kale

½ Red Pepper
2 stalks celery
2 TBS almond butter
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp cumin
1 dash sea salt (optional)


Cut spines off kale (you can save these for cracker recipes) and tear off in pieces about the size of your hand and put in large bowl

Mix all other ingredients in Vita-Mix. Pour over kale in bowl and massage until it is all worked in.

Place on teflex or parchment paper in dehydrator and dehydrate for about 8 hours or so.
